Adam started Heart Shaped Box when life got tough, having a congenital heart condition, Adam decided to follow his dream into music journalism and share the music he loved.
Being in Heart Failure Adam fell into a hole of music to help combat his depression and uncertainty.
With his Show Adam not only shares his love and passion for heavy music such as Grunge and Metal, his driving passion for grassroots music and exciting emerging bands has really shaped Heart Shaped Box as the go to place for new music!
